ABOUT THE ARTWORK
At the time, I was influenced by the artists of the Middle Ages, especially Hieronymus Bosch. I was living on the island of Crete, in a quiet, old village. In the rural silence, it was easy for my mind to wander. Whilst absorbed in my painting, in almost a trance-like state, I felt tormented by everything bad in this world. Disturbing forms dredged up from the subconcious mind.

I'm an English artist living and working in Athens, Greece. I have been a creative person for as long as I can remember. For that reason, I have worked in many different styles over the years and used several different mediums to express myself. I'm always searching for new sources of inspiration. When my mind wanders to unknown paths, I hope to take the spectator with me and see my journey through my eyes. Former graphic designer and illustrator for Disney licensees in Greece.
