HELLO AND WELCOME TO MY ART WORLD! My name is Alla Lanskaya. I live and work in the beautiful city of St. Petersburg. I graduated from Children's Art school, after which I did not draw for a long time. I am an engineer by education, Ph.D. in Technology. I returned to creativity about 10 years ago, when I decided to fulfill a long-standing dream - to work as a freelance graphic designer. I recalled the basics given at the art school, took various courses, studied with colleagues. I became interested in botanical painting in 2019. I have completed a large course in botanical painting and have passed many master classes and continue to study constantly. I love growing flowers at home, I love being in nature and visiting botanical gardens, I always admire the beauty created by nature. I like to draw details painstakingly to convey all the complexity and perfection of a flower or a leaf. Botanical painting is my passion, which helps me to translate my inner world and my feelings on the paper. I try to convey peace, harmony and love through my work. I love to express the beauty of nature and harmony of this world in my paintings using bright and rich colors of paints. I use high-quality watercolors with good light resistance and 100% cotton paper in my paintings. Thank you for your interest in my work!
