Italian plaster fresco. Original artwork, 2020. This bespoke Italian plaster-on-canvas painting is one of a kind. It is handcrafted with authentic Italian plaster by patiently layering pigmented plaster to achieve a unique texture and colour effect that gives the work its remarkable depth and vividness. “Aurora Etudes” The Aurora Etudes series is my search for balance between harmony and the imperfection of natural randomness. Made in natural, earthy tones, these frescos bring the grounding energy of nature into a space by capturing the moment when the random becomes beautiful. Each work is crafted with an authentic Italian plaster and a touch of gold, then applied to a handmade watercolour paper or a strong PVC foam base.
