I was born in Russia and graduated from Moscow State University with a degree in psychology. Since childhood, I have been passionate about painting and studied at an art school. My psychological background has always driven me to explore the deep connections between nature and humanity, and I strive to convey this dramatic relationship in my works. The depth of emotions, moods, and the state of the soul are essential elements in my creative process. My favorite activity is traveling with an easel, strolling through the city or nature in search of unique light reflections, a road bend, or a cloud shape that seems to want to tell its own story. I do not aim for strict realism; for me, it is more important to capture the moment of contact with an image, a mystery, a story, or a beauty that moves me. I travel a lot and have visited various European countries, as well as India and the Altai mountains. These travels inspire my work and open up countless sources of inspiration in nature and culture. Currently, I am studying at a contemporary art studio, but in many ways, I am self-taught. Although painting has been a hobby for me for a long time, I started dedicating more time and energy to it only recently. I am 56 years old, and I believe it is never too late to embark on a new journey in art. My works decorate the homes of my friends and loved ones, and although I have not participated in professional exhibitions, I have been part of amateur ones. My inspiration comes from nature, the subtle play of light on clouds, reflections in water, and the interplay of light and shadow in urban landscapes.
