Julia Jackson is mother of Virginia Wolf. I found her in the photographs of Julia Margaret Cameron, legendary photographer. I had long admired Cameron's art world as symbolic Victorian artistic photographer also pioneer of modern photography. She made her models were reborn as eternal beauty icon in her artworks. Virginia Wolf and Vanessa Bell are Julia Jackson's daughters who are also famous and highly regarded as writer and artist. I think Virginia Wolf resembles her mother especially. Julia Jackson was the most favorite niece of Cameron recognized her enigmatic strong spirit and then she put her s in the photographs. After her death , actress Elizabeth Robin told Virginia Wolf , " I remember your mother the most beautiful Madonna at the same time the most complete woman in the world." Julia Jackson died of rheumatic fever on 1895 , at age 49. I can say Julia Margaret Cameron's pictorial artworks are always touch my soul and make me feel sympathy about her female subjects.

Ever since I discovered the great impressionists like Van Gogh, Cezanne, and Gauguin as a child , I wanted to be a artist. Since then, I have realized that painting truly is the thing that makes me happiest and has kept my passion for life going.
