Luzern's famous Kappelbrücke wooden bridge. In winter. At dusk. In the far distance the snow-covered alps can be seen. The water, caching the setting sun, is swirling due to the weir just up river. The water flows into the vast Vierwaldstättersee, also known as Lake Luzern (which is easier to say!) The painting is in oil on canvas board. The painting can be framed in a ready-made frame as it is a standard size, or one made-to-measure. The painting has been varnished for protection.
