About The Artwork
"Kassel" fits in both my Biannual Series (Axis of Evil) and White Noise. Kassel is where Documenta is located and has been one of the greatest biannual since its conception in 1955. I choose to drench it in bright light. The play of light and shadow is how we see form. Too much light can destroy form which is what my series White Noise is about.
