Kintsugi is an expression of Wabi-sabi, which means to do the most beautiful things in the most difficult moments. In the face of challenges today, it seems particularly precious. The spirit of Kintsugi embodies a philosophy of facing challenges and having the courage to overcome adversity. I love to travel and often pick up a few small stones on a whim to bring home. They have no apparent value, but serve as a memento and satisfy my collector's mentality. Each stone has gone through countless drifts and abrasions, its edges worn smooth, dotted with cracks, and even shattered into smaller pieces. Life is no different. It experiences numerous setbacks and failures. But one must gather the courage to mend the wounded soul and start anew, living a more beautiful life.
