ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Straight up abstract, in the feminine I’m not sure how I got here but from layerings of paint in soft natural colors until it felt right! I’m looking at nature a lot, wood stone, tiny patterns on and in the ground, these observations come through in these painting I think.

I have grown up in Atlanta where I live now. There seems to be not just a few artist exsintrics in my family and I tend to be that unconventional type myself. I attended scad in the 80s and have a BFA. I have been selling art work sense but really cranked up my game about 15 years ago. I paint or create everyday, it's my life! Being as prolific as I am I enjoy several styles, inpiticularly abstract landscape, large abstract color fields and the heavily textured pieces posted. Though the styles are different they have a drawn from nature aspect and color theme I don't seem to be able to shake.
