ABOUT THE ARTWORK
The artwork was painted at the end of 2016 for the 750th anniversary of Giotto's birth (1267), and included in the commemorative book "Giotto, la casa, Colle di Vespignano" (Giotto, the birth house, Vespignano's Hill), published in 2017 by the local art association 'Associazione dalle terre di Giotto e dell'Angelico' of which I am a member. The artwork depicts the view from a Giotto's birth house window with paints and palette. From the window, you can see the remains of the ancient 'Torre millenaria' (millenary tower) with a circular base. Unframed finest oil painting on wooden fiberboard panel. Have two coats of gloss protection varnish, unframed. It is possible to sell the artwork together with the custom-made wooden frame for this painting.
