ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This is a landscape of my childhood. I loved looking at the Primordial Landscape across the Mexican border. I could hear the opening symphony of Disney's Fantasia, the creation of the earth, the dinosaurs walking. I paint only in oil on either canvas or board. This was inspired when I had to climb the hills again and paint this desert view for a commission in 2019. I started painting the landscape for myself in 2020.
