The play with variation, similarity and difference of the machine parts evokes a communicative connection between them. There are pipes, hoses and other connecting elements that bring the individual machines into contact with each other. The forms are in a state of suspension. Their location in space is uncertain. A transformation of the technical into the organic takes place. The colourfulness with which I decorate my small machines underlines their individuality, essence and vitality. Loosely based on Marshall Mc Luhan, my machines can also be seen as an extension of the body, as "...prostheses of the sensory-motor body".
