Transmedia artist, professor and researcher. Postdoctoral research about Visionary and Psychedelic Art at FBAUL (Faculdade de Belas Artes da Universidade de Lisboa), 2018. PhD at the Graduate Program in Interdisciplinary Humanities (PPGICH-UFSC) with a thesis A Arte Visionária e a Ayahuasca. The study focuses in some relations between art and consciousness, seeking examples of visions portrayed by artists while experiencing Non-Ordinary States of Consciousness (NOSC), 2009. Associated Professor at EMBAP, and Editor of the Interdisciplinar International Journal of Visual Arts - Art&Sensorium. Member of CIEBA (Centro de Investigação e Estudos em Belas Artes) at Fbaul (Faculdade de Belas Artes da Universidade de Lisboa). Member of CHAM (Center of Humanities) at Universidade NOVA de Lisboa.
