ABOUT THE ARTWORK

In the early hours of dawn, a gentle haze envelops the Seine, casting an ethereal veil over the tranquil waters. As the city awakens to the soft embrace of morning mist, the river becomes a canvas of delicate whispers and muted hues. Silhouettes of iconic landmarks emerge from the fog, shrouded in mystery and serenity, while the rhythmic flow of the Seine adds a soothing melody to the peaceful ambiance. In this quiet moment, Paris reveals a timeless beauty, where the morning haze and the Seine converge to create a captivating scene of poetic tranquility.

I was born on September 17, 1966 in Minsk, Belarus. Since 1999 — a member of the Union of Artists of Belarus Since 2009 — a member of the International Union of Artists (Paris, France) My spheres of art are easel and monumental painting, architectural design, interior design and decoration. Landscapes, still lifes, genre sketches, that I create combine the aesthetics of Modern style, Japanese ukiyo-e (picture of moments from everyday life) and European tradition of Academic school of painting. In my work, memory takes a prominent place. My painting is like a trace of moments that I capture with my senses. I work, however, on the basis of reality. Any object I see give me a lot of information, I feel like a flash, a call to this object and the light and color which surround it. So I take out my sketchbook and draw on paper the main lines of my impression. Then this brief memory takes shape in time, in my life and in my dreams. Various returns I make in my memory with the object in question create its character. The impression transforme itself and ecolve to become a subject of an artwork. It is then that the work begins on canvas. Then come colors and inspiration can flow. At this moment remembrances and feelings are impressed on my canvas. *** I also organize and curate international art projects in Minsk for artists of Ukraine, Slovakia, Poland, Latvia, Lithuania and China to create artistic links between artsits. My paintings are in funds of: The National Art Museum of the Republic of Belarus, The Museum of Modern Fine Arts in Minsk (Belarus), The Varna Art museum (Bulgaria), The Sharjah Art Museum (The UAE), The National Art Museum of China, Beijing (China), The China Artists Association (China), Collections of the “Deutsche Bank" and “Liebherr” Concern (Germany), “Mitsubishi” Concern (Japan), China Ministry of Foreign Affairs (China) as well as in many private collections in in Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Slovakia, Hungary, Germany, Belgium, Lichtenstein, France, Switzerland, Italy, United States of America. Despite the fact that I live most of the year in Minsk, I travel a lot and create many of my art works on plein air in different countries. My manager is based in Lausanne, Switzerland and I regulary come to visit her and purchase some of my artworks.
