ABOUT THE ARTWORK
The painting shows a conversation between daughter and mother. The back side of the daughter is in the front-mother is looking on her from the window behind a curtain. This painting is a symbolic moment in the relationship between mother and daughter, nearness yet also-distant. It is full integration of oil painting and fractions from my photo's. The mother is my drawing. The daughter is a plaster relief painted whit oil colour. The scale of color's is brown, white and light blue.
