Size: 18" x 24" (stretched, no frame) Medium: Oil on canvas Date of completion: 30.03.2019 This painting is painted based on the photo that I took in 2009 when I hiked up the tallest mountain in Malaysia. It's a 4,095 meter tall mountain called Mt. Kinabalu. The sky has just lightened up and the dark mountain range afar is reflecting the sunlight in hue of light orange. Different texture is used to emphasize the rocky peak in front with some reflection of light.
