Angie Dorant was born in 1995 in Zaporizhizhia, Ukraine. Since 2022 live and work in Antwerpen, Belgium. From a young age, she displayed a keen interest in art, and began studying it at the age of six, attending three different art schools and taking private classes from a famous painter in her city. As she continued to develop her skills, Angie began to experiment with different styles and techniques, always seeking to find her own personal style. She found that she was drawn to creating abstractions that reflected her mood, using color as her favorite tool to bring life and vibrancy to her canvases. Angie's love of color is evident in all of her works, as she seeks to capture the entire spectrum of emotions and experiences in her art. She believes that color is a powerful tool that can reflect our moods, desires, and inner states of mind, and uses it to create joyful and vibrant paintings that can also convey sadness and other complex emotions. Angie works primarily on canvas with wood, acrylic, and varnish, using a wide variety of techniques to create her pieces. Her artwork has found its way into private collections in several countries, including Belgium, Holland, Denmark, Germany, USA, Ukraine, and Poland. Artist believes that there is always room for growth and experimentation in the world of art, and is excited to see where her journey will take her in the future
