New York seen from above is the background to this work painted entirely in black and white. The Metropolis interprets the life that in today's society flows quickly regardless of being, of the essence and of human sensitivity in which the individual feels alone and isolated. The woman's shadow, naked, seen in profile, is mirrored as if she were holding a mirror in her hand. In reality, I have not deliberately portrayed the mirror and the woman is observing her reflection in her hand, through the skin ... because what she observes is not external, but crosses the appearance and reaches the truth that only the soul knows tell those who have the courage to want to look and listen. I wanted to describe my search for introspection, building the spatula composition while expressing my emotions.
