"Never follow the crowd." Painting

My mother was always insistent on us focusing on our uniqueness and individuality. As an Intuitive Artist there never is a plan for the work. It is not until I am almost finished or completely finished when I discover where the work comes from and it's meaning. Never follow the crowd Melissa, being different is special. The two top tiers of the painting are two different oranges and then it moves into the exact opposite color having nothing to do with the top two sections. The top portion of the painting is a light fusia and yellow undercoats with orange burnt over. The second section tends to lean more towards a yellow gold with a burnt orange overcoats. The bottom section having absolutely nothing to do with the top two sections is a nurturing calm green. Lime green with purple overtones to create a soothing feeling.All three sections are finally burnt down around the edges with a deep purple. Most of my work is about instilling a positive message. One that I can pass on in my teaching of compassion and love. All sides of the paintings are 3 inches in depth and painted out to make the work more 3 dimensional.
