Andrii Kateryniuk is Ukrainian representational artist, currently based in Florence, Italy. He was born in 1994 in Ukraine. He studied art from childhood. After graduating from art school he studied classical painting at the Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture and Brakhnov Academy of Realistic Art in Kyiv, Ukraine, where he learned classical painting, drawing and composition. In 2018 he moved to Florence to continue his artistic endeavors in the atmosphere of art of the Italian Renaissance. Andrii takes inspiration from the the world around him, traveling, events, and moments from everyday life. Painting for him is a tool for exploring the world. In his artworks, he finds a balance between traditional artistic techniques and the vision of the world of modern human. Andrii is a participant in numerous exhibitions and art competitions. Since 2018, he has been a member of the Union of Artists of Ukraine. His works are in private collections around the world. US, Canada, UK, Belgium, Holland, United Arabian Emirates, Ukraine, Italy, Spain. The main subject of his artwork is a landscape; however, he also enjoys portraiture, figurative composition and still life.
