For example, painting curators during their studies at the Academy were not so focused on Russian Soviet painting, but on European and world painting. For example, such masters as Velazquez, Rembrandt, Goya, El Greco, Delacroix, Titian, Jan Vermeer, Van Dyck, Gainsborough. And later, Renoir, Monet, Manet, Degas, Cezanne, Gauguin, Van Gogh, Clint, Turner, Serov, Konchalovsky, Korovin, and others, influenced the work of the artist Gagik Khachatryan. Gagik Khachatryan was born in 1953 in Armenia. He is married, has two children.
