About The Artwork
This painting was completed during the Covid lockdown in 2020 in Mijas, Andalucia. The beautiful peaceful garden was a delight to be in with a view of the Sea and the Pine trees in the distance. The bottlebrush tree (Callistemon) is one of my favourite trees in Spain with its spikey red flowers, I love to paint these.
