I was inspired by the wild roughness of the Eastern Cape countryside, South Africa. The area I was in had alot of unusual rocks, and beautiful colours. I love the organic feel of the outside elements and portray them in a bold contemporary style.

I am also spend time abroad, visiting my 3 daughters. My roots are deeply intertwined with the glorious Eastern Cape, in South Africa. My art is a representation of my life’s journey, and the transient landscape that surrounds me. I have found that my art is becoming far more intuitive, than representational. My interest lies in expressing how I experience life and finding the calm and grace between it all. I create art pieces that are unique, innovative, and vibrant.
