I am a London based Artist using variety of multi disciplinary media to creat art such as collages of embroidery or fabrics on canvas or board, also using oil, acrylic and egg tempera as well as photography and sculpture. I started drawing, cutting papers and fabrics into shapes at a very young age and found art books imagery absolutely magical. After winning a painting competition while still at high school I was awarded a scholarship to study Graphic design in London which enabled me to work for an advertising agency after obtaining my degree in Graphic Design. However as I wanted to travel and see the world I joined Qantas airways in Sydney, Australia and Iran Airways in London for number of years, living and working in multicultural countries such as Sydney, New York and London which I am now permanently resident. I returned to London from Sydney in mid 1980's to study Fine Art, obtaining BA, Fine Art at Byam Shaw School of Art and have been practicing Art since graduating. I have exhibited in commercial galleries, private venues and large city firms such as Lloyds of London and Withers LLP, at 16 Old Bailey. Also, at Affordable Art Fair and London Art Fair.
