It was my first portrait. Like storming the first fortress. Of course, I knew that writing a person's face was quite difficult, so I tried very hard. She wrote out every detail for a long time. Every eyelash. Every hair sunlight fell on. Several times I wanted to quit everything. But every time I went back to the canvas, I saw that it was getting better and better. Until the moment came when it was just necessary to drag yourself away from the picture. Otherwise, as you know, "the best is the enemy of the good."
In the process, I learned one interesting thing, I will share with you: even half a millimeter of inaccuracy in drawing facial features - and immediately the face of a completely different person appears on the canvas.
And although in modern art it is not portrait similarity that comes to the fore, but immersion in the inner world, for myself I realized that accuracy in the image is important to me.
How difficult it was for the Creator, because there are not even two identical people on Earth! This is skill!
The work is written using only high-quality and natural materials and paints, which over the years do not dim, but are only even more filled with energy and internal light. Dammar varnish coating gives paints even more transparency
