R E B O R N Painting

i have worn a thousand faces, and none of them were truly mine. i have lived through hundreds of scenarios, yet none of them proved to be the final one. i have played numerous roles, but none of them fully captures the essence of who i am. in the midst of this constant flux, i sought solace and understanding. created with oil paints and palette knives "r e b o r n" (2022) is my exploration of the human experience. i tried to speak to the universal search for identity, the constant evolution of self, and the desire to find inner peace amidst the chaos of life. as every painting in any genre this one is also a self portrait that serves as a mirror, reflecting artist's journey and inviting viewer contemplation and introspection. the viewer is drawn into this emotional landscape, impelled contemplation of their own inner struggles and the search for inner peace. the use of oil paints allows for a dynamic interplay of light and shadow. i blend different shades and tones, creating a contrast between the dark, ominous clouds of emotions and the tumultuous waves thought illuminated by glimpses of divine light. this contrast amplifies the emotional impact of the painting, highlighting the internal struggle within human being. on this painting i employed a palette of vibrant colors, using bold strokes and layers of thick paint to create a sense of movement and intensity.​​​​​​​ the application of palette knives adds a unique texture to the artwork, enhancing the sense of energy and raw emotion. the thick, impasto strokes create a three-dimensional quality, inviting the viewer to immerse themselves in the artwork and experience the emotional journey depicted. summing up, in this artwork, this artwork serves as a poignant reminder that, despite the tumultuous nature of our lives, there is always the possibility of rebirth and the discovery of inner serenity.
