About The Artwork
This is an oil painting on wood panel. I've used Williamsburg oil paint and Gamblin Gamvar as a varnish. The painting has a slight sheen to it, but it is not overly shiny. It's also been painted over a collage, so there is some irregular textures to the painting. I was inspired by a medical book of genetic disorders. I would hope that viewers could find the same empathy and beauty in their portraits that I do. This painting comes ready to hang. It's not framed. Please let me know if you have any questions.
