About The Artwork
The River Kennet runs through the village where I live; it offers me lots of inspiration as I try to capture its different characteristics as it winds its way through Wiltshire. I first make sketches on site in pencil and in watercolour and then work up my findings into a final painting when I'm back in my studio.
