About The Artwork
So much I was impressed by the eternal city of Rome, that I could not resist painting it. Its history, its beauty and splendor, its colors and brightness, modesty and intelligence... Everything has left a huge mark in my heart. I was happy to exhibit this work as well as my other Italy-themed paintings at my personal exhibition in Moscow Central House of Artists in November 2017

I was born on August 10, 1950 in the small town of Svatovo in Ukraine. From the 80s and until the beginning of 90s I worked under contracts of the Artists' Union of the USSR Art Fund in a graphic factory and a visual agitation workshop. Many of my works are in private collections in Russia and abroad (USA, Holland, Spain, Japan).
