About The Artwork

This is a historical building in Bushey, England. The original buildings were designed by the Victorian architects Gordon, Lowther & Gunton, and the foundation stone was laid by Queen Victoria’s son The Duke of Connaught. The Royal Masonic School for Boys was to enjoy mixed fortunes during the 20th century, finally closing its doors in 1977 when, after much wrangling, the building was sold. Approached through impressive entrance gates, a historic clock tower sits within JFK House, the signature building at Royal Connaught Park and named as a tribute to the Kennedy family who once resided nearby during the Second World War. I was moved by the beauty of this place when I travel in front of it. A stretched canvas stapled on the back side, side painted and ready to hang without a frame. Easy to carry as very light.

Throughout my life, I have always been fascinated by images and how the nature is represented through the camera eye. Eventually, I have drawn to Photography. The interest was deeply cultivated when I moved to England. After several years, I have to move to Italy temporarily and that is where I turned my photography eye into experience dealing with brushes and canvases to stamp my thoughts. The process of creating a painting is a dialogue, a moment of engagement of my inner self and a real picture. The completed paint is then tells the story. Often, it seeks a goal or a message to share. Nature around us, ancient historical building standing in a big city or tiny village in a hidden place, has a lot to teach us. I see positivity around them. I see a positive message to share. Often, my paintings follow a photograph taken by me or someone else to fulfil my creation. Mostly it would demonstrate something similar to the real photograph. I use Realism, or more specifically historical architecture or native captures with animals, objects and landscapes that represent the idea which conveying ideal vision to human life.
