ABOUT THE ARTWORK
S H I F T is the first in a series of self-portraits exploring my relationship with Borderline Personality Disorder. This represents a sense of shifting self, but also emergence into light from behind the eclipse. My love of fashion/textiles is also present. I question the relationship between self and clothing, ergo identity and definition.
