In this painting we see dark blue color movements from all edges and corners striving towards the center forming an oval frame. Towards the center of the picture the blue becomes lighter and lighter almost to white. Blue and white are painted into each other in such a way that a flowing transition is created. Five red color accents in the area of ​​this transition shine out and can be seen as the corner points of a pentagram (pentagon). The oil colors are applied with very wide brushes in swaying, loop-like movements that are aligned towards the light center. The entire painting is rhythmicized in this way. Dynamic centering towards the light is the topic. „An important segment of Andreas Kuhn's work deals with painting in blue: spiritual tone has always resided in this color.
