The mother bird shelters the baby birds under her strong wings, which symbolizes the parental protection and control of their children. Every parent wants the best for their child. However, we need to be careful about being overprotective about them as well. We may think that we are protecting them by controlling every aspect of their life, but the truth is that overprotecting can have unhealthy and far reaching consequences. Allow them to make mistakes, let them fail and enable them to solve their problems. Doing all this requires one to be mentally strong. So work on building our own mental strength so that we can help our kids to grow up into mature, healthy and responsible adults. Original abstract art, Oil on Canvas. Hong Da is a contemporary Chinese artist based in Beijing. His love for art was rooted in his father, who is a Chinese folk-art hobbyist on clay sculpture and wood carving. Hong Da dreamed to be a painting artist when he was a child, and so he followed his instinct all the way along. One of the key inspirations of Hong's painting style was his memories of the insufficiency of toy building blocks in his childhood. When he started painting, he translated all the structures of the toy building blocks in memories into his artworks as a way of healing. Gradually and accidentally, he found his art style. He is kind of obsessed with analyzing the structures of everything presented to his view, and nothing cannot be deconstructed and reconstructed in his eyes. His exploration and discovery of the spiritual world resonates in a symphony of colors and geometric shapes. Painting has become a key part of Hong Da’s life. It is a tranquilizer for his soul, and also his dialogue with the unknown. Hong Da is currently represented by a few galleries in BeijingHanJian Fine Art Gallery / Tree Art Museum / UCvibes / BoundedSpace 798
