About The Artwork
Last year (2022) despite lots of losses, tears, and devastating experiences for Ukrainian people most absurd thing of this war was the image of shelled fields. This treasure of our land - fertile fields is the most treasurable thing in our country. It is our food, it is our life. And to shell it is the most absurd, violent, and cruel thing to do. So I painted our sorrow, our resistance, and our anger. I hope soon we all find peace. And will live happily on our land. Painted in 2023 on cotton stretched canvas, the sides are painted but better to be framed. Colors could be slightly different from what you see on your device.
