A work created for a collective exhibition that started off as a self-portrait study but turned into an interpretation of myself. The painting is called stigma and refers to people who are isolated and discarded or feel that way because of the so-called norms of society, which are not so normal as they make them up to be. The work was triggered by the Maltese art world and its norms
