San Diego based fine artist, Charlene Mosley, was born and raised in Berlin, Germany and currently resides in California. She works in oils, acrylics, watercolors, and all kinds of other media. Charlene has studied at Cuyamaca College and San Diego State University. She has participated in various art exhibitions and competitions and has completed several murals.
