About The Artwork

This work was created in a stream of consciousness style. I tried to empty my mind, think of nothing and make marks at random. After a while, I would step back and look. For anything. The painting was then refined over several studio sessions with the goal of creating a vibrant, dynamic image that walked the line between representation and abstraction. Hinting at familiar symbols and motifs but never committing completely. I want the viewer to enjoy their own personal experience.
