ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Stop COVID-19, by an Australian artist Marina Strijakova, a pastel artwork depicting peaceful NSW country scene, with COVID-19 sign in foreground. As husband and wife of almost 30 years, it was always integer part of our living that we travel and drive around a lot, enjoying the innumerable views Australia has at virtually every turn. However, these days of COVID-19 lockdown, such a pastime is certainly not an option. As consolation, I remember our past experiences in my paintings, and this time I created pastel work as a gentle reminder for us to be patient and wait for these tough times to be over, to make future adventures safe! This pastel artwortk is drawn on a quality Fisher 400 pastel paper, the artwork size is 70cm(w) x 50cm(h), bordered with blank space for easier framing. This original paster artwork “Stop COVID-19” is not framed, shipped in acid-free envelope protected with plastic boards. For best results, have the artwork framed by a professional framer, under glass cover for protection. Do not dust this original artwork, any dusting will relocate pastel particles and ruin the artwork.
