Storm 2 ------------------------------ Painting

Hand-made and hand-stained/finished oak frame, hardwood panel, gesso, and oil. Titled Storm 2 because this is really only the 2nd painting that I've produced specifically with the Storm itself as the main subject matter. The other one you can also see in my paintings, and it's massive at 44 inches square x 2 inches deep. Yet this much smaller painting holds every bit as much tension and depth as the larger one. Created from a photograph, and done in a style between realism and impressionism.
