About The Artwork
This canvas with saturated hues radiates by its intensity. Like molten lava, light flows in the center of the painting to spread out on the shore. I used pure colors out of the tube to keep their maximum shine, applied to the brush for fades and to the knife for thicker parts, with a mix of the two techniques for transition areas. The deep and sustained orange contrasts with the touches of bright and warm colors, generating a strong color contrast. The bright contrast is played between the white and the Brown Van Dyck concentrated on the central part.
