This public place is for me a certain mixture of common look and a nearly melancholy poetry. My painting of archtectural forms, lines and colors gives this piece the soul of the 1960th - that`s what inspired me. Love this specific aesthetic.

The main themes of my work area fusion of landscapes, nature spaces and also architectures of the mid century. One thing what interests me is the fusion between what to indicate ans what to exploit formulate. And the perception of nature and plant growth, a forest or green areas as a possibility to an emotional "green getaway" is that, what is impressing me. I find my different motifs from forays into nature, going on a journey or in the urban surrounding. But also in botanical gardens, wild habitats, film stills or in photo albums. What I discover there are green shorelines, plant life, the interaction of spaces and architectures, childhood feelings and lights with deep shadows. Silence. That all has a lot to do with longing to the offside and the paradise.....
