This is a picture suggesting climate change. The Tahitan girls are walking in line, carrying their heavy loads of water on their heads. The background is abstract, suggesting some sort of conurbation or dwellings. Their positions in the sunshine cast a shadow in the shape of an elephant on the ground to their left. This picture was painted on a thin board stretched with canvas. I did not consciously follow any artist's style or artwork when painting this picture.
