ABOUT THE ARTWORK
The work is dedicated to the last generation of Soviet times in Lithuania. 86th year, my year of birth. Perestroika. Predictions of the end of the USSR, the disaster at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant in Pripet, Ukraine. The Cold War, Russian aggression and the occupation of Eastern Europe. When we started to smell freedom in Lithuania, but we all had to be the same. It was a time when we were not happy and enjoyed by any individual initiatives. All people are the same, clothes, home, dolls. Everything around, but there was a feeling that it was over.
