The Blacksmith, Low Newton, Cumbria oil on board. Short listed for the Royal Academy of Arts, Summer Exhibition 2018 Lake Artists Society prize winner, Summer Exhibition 2018 John Law, a master blacksmith. He was very particular that I recorded his tools correctly. I tried to show John as a part of his working environment.
