I painted this watercolour on location in the Old Village of Alonissos last summer as a demonstration for some students i was teaching on one of my painting holidays.The sun was in the perfect place to cast the remarkable shadows on the pot.This original painting is presented in a double white ingres mount..size14in x 11 in.

I left Swansea university and joined the famous Royal Worcester Porcelain Company as an apprentice ceramic artist.Having become one of their leading artists ,i turned freelance in 1980.Since then my watercolours,oils and ceramics have sold all over the world.I have built a house and studio on the beautiful Greek island of Alonissos where i paint and teach for 6 months each year.I return to my Worcester home for the autumn and winter to catch up with family and friends,and of course paint!Please email me if you have an idea for a painting or if you want to make an offer on a particular work...you may be pleasantly surprised!!
