The painting is executed by Vladimir Dudnik. He is an incumbent memeber of the Union Ukrainian Artists. This oil painting is a landscape presenting a view of Danube river bank in the early evening. The dry reeds and the yellow foliage willows makes us feel the warm but breezy October evening of Bessarabia.The sky in the middle of the picture is very light. It attracts our attention there. The principle devices used by Vladimir Dudnik here is coloring and shade effects which makes his works very expressing and lively.
