A museum quality oil painting made on a dark , rainy day in 1982 when I was 20 years old.The scene depicts the loneliness and isolation of an adolescent trying to make it big in life.The entire painting was done alla prima and it seemed I was possessed by a higher power.

Welcome to my art world .I am a prolific alla prima painter in oils . I am currently working on small and medium sized oil paintings on cotton/linen canvas on board , stretched canvas as well as handmade archival canvas boards with ACM support . I am honoured to have my paintings in private collections in the UK , India and the US and hope to delight art collectors around the world with my art. Note : My paintings have a white border on all sides of two centimetres width approximately. The measurements listed are of the panel size.Some paintings are based on images downloaded from the internet.Cotton canvas panel paintings are clear lacquered for a long life.Linen panel paintings are mostly not lacquered. Archival canvas boards with ACM Support are handmade by me in my studio.All 8 x 10 inch , 10 x 12 inch and 12 x 14 inch paintings come with a basic , ready to hang natural wood frame made by me .
