This pair painted on mirror was inspired by one of my favorite lyrics found in Brandi Carlile’s song The Story. “All of these lines across my face Tell you the story of who I am So many stories of where I’ve been And how I got to where I am...” This art becomes interactive as you see yourself reflected within it. The degrees of transluscencies change throughout the piece depending on the colors and layers. Each color reflects a different mood, a unique time, a special event event or a dark moment....all which overlap with one another...and create our story. This piece looks magnificent in a box frame so that the mirror appears to be floating from the frame.
