Vincent van Gogh's work is a major source of inspiration for him. After completing his studies at the Academy of Fine Arts St. Joost in Breda, Cornell worked for a number of years as a graphic designer but eventually worked for more than 20 years as an international photographer for several magazines in the Netherlands and abroad and has his spare time always painted. Nowadays painting is his passion and I try to apply new techniques that can add something to the already existing ones. He believes that each style comes entirely from his own movement and insight.
