Trilochan Anand (b. 1963) is a Delhi based artist. He got his academic training in art from the prestigious College of Art, Delhi. It is Trilochan’s exposure to Advertising Creative Director as well as art, that puts him in a unique position to look at art as not just an individual activity but rather art as meaningful, communitarian and as an agent of social awareness and change. His art over the years has exhibited various innovations in mediums and conceptual terrains, beyond canvas, paper and print. He has also experimented with light installations, digital art, films and photography. Trilochan combines the knowledge and expertise of putting an issue across effectively with the genius of a thinking artist. His artworks explore profound issues related to the environment, politics, history and science and exploring scientific notes in Indian mythology. In his worldview creativity logic and scientific exploration are complements to one another. He also has experience in conceptualization and designing art shows.
